"Happy when it was time to Check out"

When it was time to check out ..

The front desk lady wasn’t at front desk so I could check in .. It took her 15 mins to see if someone was in the lobby to help us .. It was dusty and a lot of remodeling going on .. I wish i was told that prior to me booking .. I have real bad and sensitive allergies .. The room had an odor to it the covers was dirty .. Pillows were stained and sheets hair and debris on it .. Trash was on the floor in the room …

The location and staff

The facility was nasty; the hallways and lobby. The rooms didn’t have irons or any utensils. The stove was filthy and closet had no doors or hangers.
