The property was not as clean the pool didn’t have no water for that price. It needs to be cleaner.

Inside the room, the carpet needs to be replaced behind the bed. It looks like it’s never been clean people making noise late at night and people coming around banging on the doors at 2 AM and 3 AM it was scary

The staff was nice but the property for that price we paid for each room. The carpet needs to be placed. The curtains need to be replaced. It’s filthy inside and out people banging on the doors middle of the night and yelling the swimming pool didn’t have no water. The entrance of the elevators are disgusting the screen doors and the washroom is disgusting. I will never stay there again until it’s cleaned up.

It needs a lot of maintenance work inside the rooms and outside. I will never stay there again coffee machine inside the bathroom no coffee cups. The refrigerator smell bad.

The room was infested with roaches. We had to throw all our clothes and bags away to avoid bringing roaches home. It was the disgusting.

Bugs, hotel staff were very mean and stole my daughter's package from UPS.

Horrible place to stay. I booked through Hotels.com and paid in advance. The owner of the hotel charged me $150 "security deposit" and refuses to refund my money. Disabled smoke alarm, light fixture in the bathroom was filled with dead bugs, many missing bulbs in the light fixtures, carpet dirty and stained, and black mold in the bathroom.
