Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova

This room is straight up disgusting. It legit looks like a murder scene. Bugs and roaches everywhere, like some crack-motel horror movie. No water in the pool, everything dirty as hell. If you don’t mind nut-stained covers and mattresses that look like a homicide happened on them, then sure… but honestly it looks like a whole Halloween set gone wrong

I’m sorry to say that there was nothing positive about our stay at Days Inns, Rancho Cordova. It was disappointing because we have stayed at other days in in other cities and they were fine.

The facilities were very rundown and unkept. The room had carpet tears cigarette burns in the bedspread electrical outlets that did not work and smelled of smoke. We couldn’t open the window because there was no screen on it. One of the lamps was broken. And the hairdryer was falling apart. The sheet smelled very strongly of bleach and were scratchy.

Nothing

Breakfast was coffee and day old Danish pastries from smart and final. They advertise a real Breakfast and even show a Breakfast room. But it does not exist. Tv's in room are old analog, not HDTV. No clear pictures. One TV did not work.

It is ok

I shouldn't of got a smoking unit

AC, shower, bed, towels, blankets, also additional amenities.

The room is outdated, cigarette burns in bed spread, cracks in bathroom floor. Sheets are old. Rooms smells of mildew. No pool access.

Robert gave me acceptable service going well beyond expectations. S Superior customer service five stars welding
