"It was a nightmare"

They charged my card on file 4 times! Once for the room, once for deposit, then 2 more times for unknown charges!!? My account was overdrawn for a week waiting for it to fall off. It was a nightmare!!! I will never stay here again or give them my credit card!! be careful and watch your bank account!

"ARDMORE OKLAHOMA"

Great place for overnight while travelling. Very clean rooms. Good value. Front staff was very pleasant and efficient. Parked our RV out front no issues. Breakfast was light but great to get going in the morning. Good location by MacDonalds and Loves

"Did what I needed to do but won't stay again if the Indians are still there"

Hotel was clean enough. Served its purpose for what I needed.

That staff was very rude to us the entire time. Threatened to kick us off the property for no reason. Charged me a deposit I didn't get back. The wiring was a fire hazard, no smoke detectors in the rooms and stuff falling off the walls. Holes in the walls everywhere. The breakfast was a joke.

"The guy at the desk told me he would cancel my stay and refund my money and it has yet to happen and it’s a week later a"

Nothing

They stole my money they said they would cancel my reservation. I did it before the 6 PM free cancellation and I have yet to get my money returned. I ended up staying in a hotel in Atoka instead they didn’t end up taking my truck to Ardmore. I feel like they are thieves.
