Front desk worker was very rude to us and got angry when we spoke Spanish and was rude to my husband and our family and kick us out saying we were belligerent and belittled us

Nothing special.

The location was perfect and right off the highway.

The smell in the room when we would leave and come back stunk, one of the beds beddings were dirty, only had one towel for three people, and the owners kids and family were super loud in the hallway at 6-7 o’clock in the morning and the food made the place stink, also tried to over charge my card for I don’t know why.

So I booked a hotel for my mother who was traveling. Unfortunately she had a medical emergency at 6 AM and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. She was released from the hospital got an Uber and went back to the hotel by 10 AM. Checkout is at 11, yet the owners of the property thought it wise to go ahead and check her out since she went to the hospital, and essentially “checked out”. They throw away her toiletries that she had paid for. I think this is absolutely despicable. I don’t care if somebody leaves the property by ambulance, they are a hotel guest until 11 AM. You shorted her, you stole her belongings, and just treated her with the utmost disrespect.

We checked into the hotel, they put us on the 2nd floor they dont have an elevator, we had to haul everything up the stairs. We get to our room and the room across from us has a dog barking nonstop we could hear it in the room. Once we got in the room, the AC was not on, it was like a sauna in there. The room was dirty, the remote had food on it, the chair at the desk looked like someone had peed on it and there was a hair in the sink. When I brought this to the front desk attention the guy simply replied it's OK, it's OK. Its OK. When I asked for a refund because we checked out he refused to give me a refund.

Convenient. There are lower cost places with better value but this place will do.

Property was fine the rooms were clean. BUT

The room smelled odd then we saw many dead bugs on the floor . We picked them up and were too tired to complain. In the morning the floor was full of dead bugs. We then realized they had sprayed the room. OSHA’s rules are to make sure occupants know an area has been sprayed. You need to investigate why they put your people in such a room when the rest of the hotel is empty.
