Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pryor

What is shown in the pictures is not what you get. The trash bens were packed, ceiling tiles missing. Extra furniture from another room was in our room, the cabinet with drawers that holds the fridge (and those were in terrible shape.) The strong smell of insense was everywhere. We woke up to the alarm clock from the next door room and not the one at the head of the bed so the walls must be paper thin cause we heard the neighbors entire morning conversation. And we noticed old blood stains on the sheets as we were checking out. I’ve had better rest in my old barracks when I was in the Marines.

Stayed for the night to work the next day. It was clean, the staff were awesome and the bed was comfortable. Nothing spectacular if that’s what you’re looking for. I have few requirements, no bugs clean room and comfortable bed. All those were met!

Had a place to sleep.

The hotel was quiet, but upgrades could be needed(i.e. an outlet is not working, I only discovered that after my phone was not charged after several hours of charging)

Every thinks were disaster and very poor. No hot water, no hair dryer, ….

They were having a sewer issue, so many rooms were closed. This also gave the inside a musty smell. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yub did not drain well. The AC did not work, as the wall plug had a bad connection. I was able to jiggle it enough to work sporadically, but made for an uncomfortable night. When I let the front desk know in the morning, I was mansplained how electricity works, and that it was a reset. I inquired about the fact it turned off after less than a minute, and the guy said I didn't need it anyway. Refused to give me a printed receipt, even though extra charges and fees incurred on site. The free breakfast was some curdled milk, bread for toast, sour orange juice, stale cereal. Spouse said the waffles were good, though.

It was home felt comfortable

Do yourself a favor and go next door to Holiday Inn or the other newer hotel. Fruit flies. Fruit flies in the main lobby, in the breakfast food station/area. The flies were coming out of our bathroom drain too and increased in number with each passing day. Not much for breakfast - toast, waffles, fruit loops. Oj, apple juice. Staff - most of the time you didn’t see a soul and were lacking skills of even pretending to look happy. Laundry room - the first day we used the facilities was fine, but the second time the wash didn’t fully drain so we had sudsy clothes going into the dryer. The dryer didn’t dry the second load so we have to do laundry at our next stop. Phone - rang on two different occasions early in morning while trying to sleep, and a third time in the evening. We unplugged it after that time. Cleanliness- the bathroom floor had more of someone else’s hair AFTER being cleaned than my own while using. It’s not as though we were looking for red carpet or all the stops, but being as you’ll pay the same price as the newer nicer hotels you should just go there instead.

I didn't like the fact that when we drove up there was a window busted out upstairs in the front. There was a lot of construction going on upstairs and a broken water line that flooded upstairs and yet they were going to put us upstairs!! The room we ended up in had a problem with the temperature in the room. It was either freezing or extremely warm. The traffic outside and upstairs kept us up all night!! It was like living in the ghetto! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!

Check in staff was very friendly and let me know to contact her should we need anything at all.
