Hotel Lisca Bianca

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE. The receptionist was so rude, there was a foul smell in both the reception and the bedroom, there was no hot water, despite asking the hotel to resolve this multiple times. The breakfast was not good with blue yolks in the eggs, the coffee was nice but there was very limited food. We did not even receive an apology for the cold shower and when we asked them to fix it we felt like we were being a burden. There was also only a thin bed sheet on the bed, no slight resemblance of a duvet or anything comfortable and the bed and pillows were extremely hard. The hotel was such a let down and I would strongly advise anyone to read the reviews and AVOID booking this. I am a hotel journalist and I will be writing some more detailed reviews about this. It should not be on booking.com and the reviews should be much lower than they are. A POOR excuse for a hotel

Lo sconto che ho ricevuto dopo essermi lamentato della musica altissima fino notte fonda

Impossibile dormire, musica ALTISSIMA fino a alle 3

La vista a colazione, la camera spaziosa

La colazione va assolutamente rivista, non esiste offrire tutto surgelato e in formato mini, qualità pessima della colazione, deluso. Lo fate pagare tanto, offrite dunque una colazione decente. 15 minuti prima dell’orario previsto di checkout mi chiamano per dirmi di lasciare la camera….. fate voi.

Pulizia e sanitari

Posizione molto comoda Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade in una stanza con balconata con lettini con vista bellissima Buona colazione su terrazza molto bella e personale molto gentile

Penso che potrebbe essere organizzato un servizio per i clienti per andare ma soprattutto tornare la sera dalla spiaggia di Zimmari Non mi sono innamorato di Panarea ma se uno vuole vederla penso che questo hotel sia l’ideale

Had such a a great stay here, all the staff were amazing and when I needed to check out early they were so accommodating, would stay here every time I come to Panarea!
