The location was good.

Hotel staff was not flexible. There were very little towels in the room (2 full size, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth) and the front desk staff did not have more available. The sofa was stained. The tub was very scuffed and old. There was a fire alarm at 3:00am and the guests had to evacuate. No emergency vehicles showed up. The elevators did not work in the morning. Breakfast was served too late for us to be able to partake, The value just wasn't there for this hotel. I was super dissatisfied.
