The refrigerator didn't work. Turned it on or up and never got cold. Our leftover dinner was ruined. Not happy at all. The shower had mold around the caulking of the drain, faucet, the corner shelf

Breakfast was horrible, nobody bothered to come take care of the area or refill food. Old trash was found in the room and things were not restocked. Overall it was just ok. We had a place to sleep

Very close to freeway and the staff was awesome

Couple lights in the room could not be used because of constant flickering.

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in like it was supposed to be, and they sent us to the room anyways, it was t clean yet, garbage bags in the room, pit is in another room and the toilet didn’t work and then we had to be transferred to another room.

We stayed at the Best Western SureStay in Corydon, Indiana, from October 2–5, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room (135) was absolutely disgusting. The floors were badly stained, the paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and the trim was rotting away. The entire room smelled strongly of mildew, and one day the water was even turned off without any notice. There were very few guests at the hotel during our stay — I would estimate fewer than five rooms were occupied — so it’s frustrating that we were placed in such a dirty, poorly maintained room. I initially assumed all the rooms were in similar condition, but after meeting with family staying in other rooms, I realized theirs were much cleaner and better maintained. That made it even more disappointing to know that better rooms were available but not offered to us. Room 135 was not acceptable by any standards. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, especially when management chooses to place guests in rooms that are clearly unfit for use while cleaner options sit empty.
