I was disappointed with my stay at Tantalus Resort Lodge. After checking out, I received a call informing me that I would be charged an additional $150 plus tax for carpet cleaning. The hotel sent me a photo showing only a very small candy spot left by a baby, which appeared to be easily removable with normal cleaning. I felt that the charge was excessive, unfair, and not justified by the condition shown in the photo. I would have appreciated better communication, clearer documentation, and a reasonable explanation before any extra charges were applied. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would encourage future guests to carefully review any additional charges after checkout.

We had a one bed suite. Everything. From staff engagement to cleanliness to the ability to cook. Perhaps close to one of the best hotels for facilities and location we have had the pleasure of staying in.

Absolutely nothing.

We booked a last minute reservation at the Sundial Hotel for a quick anniversary getaway with our kids. We were amazed by the service provided, especially by Pete. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite with private hot tub (room 606), which was nice! We also received a complimentary wine bottle and chocolates. The hotel was conveniently located in the village. They have secure underground parking available. The room itself had everything you need if you want to cook meals. My kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed drinking the Nespresso coffee and eating the apples provided in the lobby. This hotel was definitely the highlight of this trip. Thank you.

Great Place, great Staff, great location to everything. The room was comfortable and looked out on the hill. The bed was super comfortable! Highly Recommend
