The Knight Residence by Mansley

Located very close to the Grassmarket area and Victoria Street, it's an easy walk. However the actual area it's in is a bit grimy and run down and boasts one of the most famous strip clubs, according to their ads outside. I would not have felt comfortable being outside after dark. We also had the shower leak onto the floor and when my husband used a towel to mop up the water, the towel was then covered in dark black grime and blood, so the cleaning seems to need work. It's in need of a refresh but it serves the purpose. The staff is outstanding, helpful and friendly, which is a huge plus.

We, a family of six, stayed at Knight Residence by Mansley from the 8th to the 10th of May, and we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment upon check-in. Our rooms were also ready before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtfully maintained. Everything we needed was already available , toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils, milk, coffee powder, tea, and other essentials , making the stay extremely comfortable for our entire family. Our apartment was on the first floor and had lift access. Although the lift was small, it was still very convenient for transporting luggage. Another feature we found particularly useful was the availability of parking space within the property. While we did not have a rental car during most of our stay, we were able to use the parking area on our departure day to bring in our rental car and load our luggage comfortably. The location is excellent as well , just a five-minute walk from the Grassmarket area, right next to a Sainsbury’s Local supermarket, with coffee shops and other conveniences right around the corner. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. We will definitely look forward to staying here again whenever we visit Edinburgh in the future.

Belle appartement tout confort, propre bien équipé avec mm un lave linge sèche linge . Moquette dans les chambres, parquet dans le salon. 2 chambres avec télé dans chacune d elle. Personnel très aimable. On a pu laisser nos valises avant le check in et après le check out. Appartement proche du vieux edimbourg et du centre ville plus récent. A 20 mn de la gare a pied.

Il manquait un peu d ustensile en cuisine un peu plus grand pour notre famille de 5. Casseroles ou marmites plus grandes.

Location was great easy access to city highlights.

Parking expensive

Il servizio di reception 24h davvero utile. Ottima posizione vicino al Castello e a diversi locali

La pulizia non è così puntuale. Mobilio e soprattutto materassi da rinnovare
