"First and last time I will stay at a red roof inn"

Low price

Run down, and dirty property. Carpets and floors were filthy. Toilet was dirty. Poor front desk experience. Lack of concern for my disabled sister and poor accommodation for disabled. Final straw was no coffee at breakfast. Clerk told us that coffee maker was broken and they were waiting for a replacement. That’s when you go out and buy a box of Joe for your guests instead of saying “nope. No coffee”

"I really enjoyed the atmosphere.. Its not Hilton but its homey"

I really liked the staff.. Even though renovations were underway they stayed positive and made sure to ensure i had what i needed

I wish there was coffee in the rooms as well as a hair dryer but the staff explained why they were not in the rooms.

"Bed bugs, lack of professionalism"

The cleaning lady was kind and the room itself was fine aside from the bed bugs.hat we found when we woke up 💀

The front desk lady suggested that my partner and I must have brought bed bugs into the room when I went to her wiith pictures and a complaint about having found beg bugs. No bugs were on our things before we went to bed or any of the other times we've traveled, but we woke up to them crawling on our book/laptop bag after staying here. I was not pleased at all with how it was handled by her, aside from her informing us that she'd call pest control.

Perfect location

The sign at night says Baymont and I was confused but during the day it says Red Roof . That definitely needs to be fixed soon !
