We loved the leaf soaps, folded towels and Sandalwood lotion dispenser. Lots of small touches that made for a nice stay. It was obvious that someone cared about the guests and the property. We enjoyed it more than an expensive hotel from the previous night.

We got to desk and were informed that there was no hot water. We asked if just overnight but he said not for 4 days. Not acceptable. No notice. We just landed and rented a car at airport then went to Sleep Inn. Very upsetting. No place to stay and no help.

Close for us to see a show at Parx Casino

CHECKING IN BY ELLEN. 1st I made reservation and got a confirmation for a Handycap Room. 2nd I know if I don't show up I am responsible to pay the room. 3rd We at Casino watching the show, call coming in and than message coming in if we are coming. We never had any hotel doing this for us. 4th when we finally got to hotel after the show and after playing by 1:00 AM, Ellen said she don't have my handicap room the one I reserve and got the confirmation. 5th she probably gave my room to some else. 6th I don't think this is fair.
