"The purpose was served"

Shower didn't work. We notified them and they didn't fix it in our two night stay. Funky wiring. Tv turned off when bathroom light was turned off.

The trash is by the the back door blood leaking out of the bag. And the bees are everywhere. You have to clean tje bathroom before you can use it.

"Although it was the cheaper room in town, not our favorite Craig hotel. will probably not use again."

multiple levels requiring stairs or the ramp to get to room. had to get new key EVERY Single time we tried to enter our room. the building was very dingy, clean enough, but worn out rugs etc.

Building has exposed roof area with missing shingles, peeling paint. It was shocking to see how run down the hotel is.

"Nice rooms but overpriced and run down "

Rooms are much nicer than the outside of the building would have you think. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes because of an undertrained front desk attendant. Water spigot in the shower needs replacing. A/C unit malfunctions. She "blanket" they give you is terrible. Building is run down overall. Overall, a fine stay but overpriced with some issues.
