I don’t think there was anything didn’t like Lift was a bit slow
Hotel room i had few issues like ac didnt work and hair dryer didnt work but staff stepped up quickly and took care of it.
GBThe pool area and splash park are great for kids. The children’s other facilities were also good.
The actual hotel seems very tired. The rooms are definitely not a 4 star standard. The beds seem very cheap and uncomfortable. The food was low standard, I felt like we were eating school dinners from the 80’s
Personnel extremement gentil et endroit très agréable. La nourriture est variée et très bien présentée. Fin avril au vu des températures une piscine avec de l'eau tiède aurait été la bien venue car l'eau des piscines est vraiment fraiche.
Chambre confortable mais vraiment très mal insonorisée. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et ce que fait ces voisins de chambre. Vraiment pas top. Piscines extérieures pas chauffé, ne pas y aller en avril-mai, vous n'y mettrez pas un pied
They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff.
Viele Pools über die ganze Anlage verteilt - toll für Kinder. Essen war OK aber nichts besonderes. Beim Buffet grosses Gedränge.

Too high deposit for pool towels. (€20 / person) The hotel made a mistake and took the deposit to my card more than once. (overbilling) I have noticed and contacted them later, but they have not responded at all. Very disappointed and unbelievable. Almost impossible to make reservations for outside the main dining
