Insotel Cala Mandía All Inclusive Resort & Spa

D gebouw iets verder weg, maar altijd plek bij zwembad, verder netjes, alles iets ouder en rustiger. Weinig Nederlanders. Doordat er een weg tussen de gebouwen loopt, voelde het resort niet echt als een geheel. Verder alles top geregeld!

Godt familiehotel med masser af aktiviteter for både børn og voksne. God restaurant med lækkert mad i god kvalitet. Ud over buffet er der mulighed for at spise på 3 ala carte steder.

Mes expériences précédentes de "All inclusive" c'était plutôt laisser le portefeuille au placard. Là c'est un peu diffèrent. Le super restaurant "hamburger" décrit dans un autre commentaire ne faisait pas partie de la formule. De même, le coffre fort était payant... Côté matériel, l'hôtel est plutôt agréable. Le bâtiment D où nous nous trouvions est à priori le seul non rénové, mais il est encore en très bon état. Tous les employés à qui nous avons eu affaire étaient très agréables et accueillants, et la barrière de la langue disparait assez facilement avec sourires et piochage dans mes souvenirs d'Anglais scolaire. La nourriture était très bien. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et assez varié. Buffet midi sans étincelles mais largement suffisant pour consommer au bord de la piscine. Les repas du soir étaient par contre particulièrement soignés, avec des plats très variés et originaux, et des animations culinaires. On peut juste un peu regretter un couvre feu à 21h au restaurant, un peu tôt surtout compte tenu de l'affluence. Et puis, le vin à la pression est particulièrement infecte, vin de table de très bas niveau incompatible avec le nombre d'étoiles affiché sur l'hôtel. On n'a pas vraiment profité des animations de soirée, grand choix de boissons aux bars, mais les cocktails tout prêts (eux aussi à la pression) sont juste imbuvables. En résumé, on a passé de bons moments mais le prix n'est pas justifié.

This is a great choice for a family holiday, right near the beach and many Pools to choose from! Food and drinks great although entertainment geared toward very young children.

Familietur i slutningen af marts. Ville have været dejligt med opvarmet pool på dette tidspunkt, men poolområdet var skønt. Dejlige nyrenoverede værelser. Maden var udemærket, men selvfølgelig lidt storkøkkenagtig og lidt triviel efter nogle dage.

Fantastic holiday, with great food and branded drinks. The hotel staff, in particular the Animation team worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a great stay. Only feedback is that we stayed for 9 days in June and there was some queues for meal times and to get into Insi Splash Park at 10.30. I wouldn't like to stay here in the peak of July/August as I imagine it would be crazy busy. All in all though a terrific hotel, we stayed in Block D, which was fine and only a 5 min walk so no problem (even with a pushchair). We're looking to go back already.

Beautiful pools, especially the 18+ pool, private pool (we had a swim up suite) and bar are very nice. Food is overall good, but the 50's Diner isn't worth the money. Never had worse burgers, fries and milkshake. Odd you have to pay 12 euros for this restaurant while the other restaurants are included. Also strange to ask for 20 euros for a towel. And even more odd you may only change it once a week, why?!? And when you do things beside the all inclusive, you can't write that on your room number. So you have to pay in cash or with you credit card, every time you order something extra. There's a fridge in your room, but it's empty. Why don't you stack it with water. My husband and I had a nice holiday, but if they make the effort it would really be a 4 star hotel.

Nous avons séjourné avec notre fille de 3 ans durant une semaine. L'hôtel a une clientèle principalement anglaise et allemande. Il y a seulement quelques espagnols, suisses, belges et italiens. Nous n'avons croisé aucun Français, c'était juste un peu dommage pour notre fille. Toutes les animations sont donc en langue étrangère. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien entretenu (ménage et travaux). Les infrastructures sont en parfait état. Il faut marcher un tout petit peu pour aller de certaines chambres au restaurant principal, ou à la plage, ou au parc aquatique avec toboggans. La qualité des repas est tout à fait acceptable, vous trouvez toujours des plats à votre goût car il y a un choix assez large (équilibré ou non). Les chambres sont relativement bien isolées. Le ménage est fait chaque jour (ils changent les serviettes mais pas les draps ce qui est déjà très bien).

Schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Pärchen. Sauber, angenehme Gäste und sehr freundliches Team. Viele Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, große Poollandschaft, gutes Essen und schönes Kulturprogramm.

Had a quick vacation in Mallorca with the familiy. Room was clean and nice, outside area where cleaned everyday mornig which meant that everything always looked nice. Food was much better then I had expected for an all incl hotel. All in all a perfect hotel especially if you have kids!
