Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Staff was very kind and accommodating, even with the problems.

Room temp was 85 degrees upon arrival. Maintenance had to come in and repair the air conditioner. The pool was not inviting at all.

Angel at the desk was exceptional. The very best we’ve ever encountered. The entire team there was so supportive. The serving, attending breakfast staff was so courteous, prompt, kept the place tidy and clean. Over many years my husband and I have visited and stayed at several Sonesta‘s and this one had by far the very most attentive, pleasant and professional staff.
