Desk staff very friendly, welcoming

Lumpy matters way too much furniture that crowded the room. Towels that were supposed to be white were gray were old and not smelling clean

Clean, comfortable, the staff was nice, good breakfast, I could stream to Wifi. The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable. Quiet place. Slept well here. I could stream Netflix on the TV

The pool was cold, but it is Winter.

Everything was great, the breakfast is excellent and had much more we expected. The bed is good too and the room is quiet. Cant get more for the value. Perfect!

We had a great experience. The heated pool was wonderful and so warm! Our room was clean and the hotel itself was clean as well. I observed employees cleaning throughout my stay multiple times! The employees were very kind. The hotel front doors lock at night (if you have a key you can get in and out) but I really appreciated this safety feature! I would stay there again and would 100% recommend.
