Near Reagan airport

The room was dark and had limited closet space. They advertise an airport shuttle but failed to tell us it doesn’t start running until 0430, too late for our flight. Also, breakfast didn’t start until 0600, also too late to be of any use to us. I booked a handicap chess room but it had a bathtub and shower combination, making it unusable for us. I was told I should specified a roll in shower room. Live and learn.

Front desk staff not very welcoming

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du métro, et de rues commerçantes avec du choix en restauration sur place ou à emporter. Suite spacieuse, avec beaucoup de rangement et très propre. La SDB est un peu petite mais pratique.

La VMC fait beaucoup de bruit en permanence, tout comme la clim qu'il faut penser à désactiver. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel offre peu de choix, avec peu d'options saines. Au 10ème étage, la suite offre une vue sur une zone de travaux, sans possibilité d'ouvrir les vitres pour aérer.

私は部屋を散らかさないので、４日ごとの掃除とタオル交換のサイクルは私にとってはむしろ煩わしくなく、大変リラックスできた。朝食も簡単だが、非常に適切であった。

ルームサービスにトイレットペーパーとボックスティシューの補充をお願いしたが、持ってきてくれず、結局フロアにいたルームサービス係員にお願いしてすぐもらうことができた。ほかはすべて問題はなかった。
