"Had better experience in the past here"

Staff was very kind and helpful but room had a terrible moisture smell of wetness. Room was decent but the smell was just horrible. I didn’t get settled in until after midnight and was just focused on resting.

We had to move from one room to another due to a wet scent in the room. In the other room, we noticed that someone had been smoking in the bathroom.

The first room on first floor had a terrible mildew odor. Second room on second floor same. Third room on third floor same. Tried three rooms before deciding to leave. I canceled the complete stay. The customer service on the other hand was fantastic! She tried to accommodate but just wasn't successful. I even tried next door at the Quality Inn and the odor was bad and a big spider in the shower. So disappointed in both hotels.
