"Upset with Quality Inn having 3 Quality Inns in one town and making things confusing"

When we arrived at the right place, they were so helpful and accommodated us straight away. This is a much nicer place than the Quality Inn Spit which is owned by Indians and run down.

Branson has three Quality Inns. We went to the Quality Inn (Spit) we thought we were staying in and told them we had a reservation. They took our money for one night and thought it was pay on arrival. We had another booking 30Apr/4May. We thought it was a continuation of our booking and they came to ask us for payment which I thought was strange. It was then that they said we were at the wrong Quality Inn. On the first day I told them we had a booking but they didnt query anything and took payment. We moved to our right accommodation on 1 May and staying until 4 May. Please do something about this, someone else taking the booking and making us pay, instead of clarifying the reservation.

Location, and the breakfast was good.

The floor was dirty. The room was not what I expected. The lady at the desk was not supper friendly. The hot tub was broken. They wanted a 100 dollar deposit for each room that was not advertised.

Ladies at the front desk were pretty clueless about how booking.com worked and ended up recharging me for the room after I already paid online. TV was outdated and didn't work. Bathroom was so small the door nearly touched the toilet. Pool area was very misleading from online pics. The breakfast area was very sloppy and limited.
