We were unable to stay at Accolade due to one of our party having a mobility disability & the upstairs unit was a no go for her so we were able to shift to another property they owned, Kuirau Park Motor Lodge, which was a ground floor unit. The staff members figured out the tv settings for us so we could watch Freeview tv. The beds were comfortable; we had a kitchen to cook our own food; we had clean towels.
We stayed at Kuirau Park Motor Lodge as the unit we booked at Accolade Motor Lodge was upstairs & I had stated we had one person with a mobility disability. The carpet in the lounge had a big burn mark in it, the toilet floor looked like it hadn’t been swept & mopped. The unit looked dingy. The mineral pools looked unkempt & the whole place looked tired & in need of a total makeover/refurbishment.
