Very friendly staff, clean Comfortable stay

Good location, easy accessible to various locations like supermarket and places of interest.

Need to see to the heaters during cold season.

Was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do, the staff were lovely and helpful. We had two rooms, 1 floor and 1 upstairs, not by choice, but glad this was the way as we got to experience both worlds. There is no aircon/heating, just a pedestal fan and electric blanket. The ground floor accommodation was much hotter than the upstairs. There are no security/fly screens on any window/door on any level, so you must keep everything closed unless during daylight hours for bugs. Robbers... well.. The ground floor units really need open windows as they as so hot and turn into a sauna once everything is closed, the condensation/moisture in the place is crazy. No lighting when walking behind the block to walk upstairs. Extremely dangerous. Parking isn't ideal, even though numbered and spaces in front of ground floor units, all spaces are used by anyone who drives in. Poorly spaced parking, spots are short, especially when you drive in the correct entrance. The bed is not comfy, it is a cheap double bed ensemble.

The unit was serviced every day. I had everything I needed. I did not have a car with me so appreciated the easy access to public transport. I appreciated having a kitchen sink as a lot of motels don't have that these days. Excellent shower.

I struggled with the small size of the wash basin but I guess that is a space issue.
