Ease of getting back to freeway and the 24 hr diner next door

Every time someone closed a door it shook the whole building it seemed - very disturbing late at night

Apple users be aware the map misplace the location by few hundreds yards, across the road. The Diner in front of Hotel is better, that would see at the Apple Map location, they both 60th but only one has hotel just behind

"Fine choice if you are passing through"

I've stayed here many times now. Convenient to get to off the highway and not quite in Barstow, which is a good thing, IMO. There's a diner you can walk to right next door. Not fancy, but perfectly serviceable on a road trip. Don't miss Calico Ghost Town while you're in the neighborhood.
