"A good value hotel with airport shuttle"

Airport shuttle was great, a good value overall.

A little worn but a very decent economy hotel overall. Too bad it shares its name with another hotel in Syracuse that is absolutely horrific. This is the one to choose!

Great location for our needs. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. It's a great place to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive, comfortable hotel.

"Clean and comfy room!"

Great location, clean hotel with comfy beds. I would stay here again! McDonald's is right next door. With convenience store and other eateries across the street.

"Clean & quiet. UPSET staff didn't mention the hosp. discount I was entitled to."

Very Satisfied with the facility. However, they did not give me a hospital discount, even though they were aware my husband was having surgery at Crouse Hosp.

No ,one ever mentioned that with documentation, I could receive a hospital discount until the very last night I stayed there. I asked for a partial refund for the day's that I stayed BUT they said that couldn't be done. I believe if they couldn't credit/adjust my account via their computer - Super 8 should issue me a check for the difference. I CONSIDER it the staff's mistake for not bringing the significant hospital discount to my attention - until the VERY LAST NIGHT! (I stayed four nights)

The sheet doesn't stay on the bed. The chair was very hard.
