Nos encantó

El alojamiento todo bien, solo la comida real es muy mala pedimos chilaquiles y textual parecía que estábamos comiendo tortillas en agua, sin sabor solo como masa con agua de verdad desagradable, lo demás muy lindo, nos hemos quedado varias veces y seguimos regresando cada que visitamos Guanajuato

Volvemos cada año por lo bonito del hotel, si arquitectura, la cercanía a lugares principales y todo confortable

No había agua caliente en la habitación, hacía mucho frío para bañarse así. Tuve que poner varias veces la queja a recepción.

no hay elevdores, la calidad del baño deja mucho que desear (tenian sarro) y tirara en agua de la regadera todo la noche

"Someone needs put some money into this place to bring it back to it's former glory."

The building and grounds are amazing and well kept inside and out. Well worth a visit. The room was huge and we loved the details. The view at sunset of the entire town was beautiful. The front desk was very helpful.

The dresser was completely broken. The bedspreads and chairs were stained. The TV remote was broken and so was the replacement they gave us.

El lugar es muy agradable, merece estar mas atendido en mantenimiento general. pintura, espacios descuidados, muebles rotos, cambio de cortinas, puertas con pintura muy burda.

Los detalles de mantenimiento en la habitación y el hotel en general; contactos eléctricos quebrados y en lugares accesibles. tapas de inodoros sueltas, regaderas tapadas, espacios descuidados, renovación de cortinas, teléfono de la habitación desconectado y con cables sueltos.

"Castillo de ensueño"

Sus instalaciones y ubicación. Fue mágico hospedarnos ahí por nuestro aniversario.

Necesitan mayor limpieza en ciertas áreas. Y limpiar la alberca. Por favor, toallas más grandes.
