Hotel Svanen, Stays & BW Signature Collection

The breakfast buffet was good and I particularly enjoyed the steak and wine at dinner in their restaurant. The hotel’s location is also convenient for visiting both Legoland and LEGO House just be ready for some walking.

I was a little disappointed with the room, especially given the 4-star rating and price point. The room felt quite basic, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and overall it didn’t feel as clean as I would have expected. There was also no air conditioning, so prepare to keep the windows open and hopefully no insects come in. Slippers were available, but only for an additional charge of 100 DKK. Amenities such as a safe and minibar were missing. The bathroom was also fairly simple with a tiny shower area. The pillows on the bed were more like cushions and the extra pillows stored in the cabinet did not have pillowcases, which didn’t feel very hygienic. I also experienced a mix-up when arranging a taxi through reception. I had requested a taxi to LEGO House, but the driver had been told I was going to the airport instead. Fortunately, the driver was very understanding and was happy to change the destination.

Wyśmienite śniadania,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje sprzątane "na żądanie" po uprzednim zgłoszeniu w recepcji. Dobra lokalizacja - ok 15 min spacerem do legolandu czy najbliższego sklepu.

Pokoje trochę ciemne.
