The location of the hotel was kind of shady.
It was cheap. We were moving our Daughter out of her dorm. Needed one night and our regular hotel was full. When the front desk is behind plexiglass and there are bars on some windows Not sure why when literally there is a Hilton. (Our regular hotel). Right across the street. Not scary. The room was left in a terrible time warp. There were holes in the bureau where apparently there was a tv bolted down. There were two head boards but only one bed and the bathroom was from a horror movie. And the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though there were no smoking signs. I don’t think people paid attention
And soon as I opened the door and turned on the light roaches scattered. I then pulled backed the sheets and there were numerous stains on the sheets. I didn’t stay there. I stayed with a friend.
Appears to be a very old property, and bathrooms are especially dated and ceilings show patchwork from leaks, etc. The bed was not soft at all, and there was no drawers in which to put clothing, and no place to hang any either. There was lots of road noise from the highway, but the air conditioner did a decent job of masking the noise. They provided soap and towels, but no shampoo, so bring your own. Was happy they had a fridge and microwave and an ice machine in the hall. Staff was friendly.

Clean room. Great channel selection.
Staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the place ran out of coffee at 7:30am.
Only downfall is the highway noise, earplugs help. We will stay again next year. Bonus - pets stay free.
