USNothing. Received a call that they overbooked but would upgrade our room to a suite at no extra charge. Upon arrival, we were told it would cost us extra for the upgrade. We are greeted by a bloody mattress/sheets in the hall, the building was foul and falling apart. It felt very unsafe, so we promptly checked back out and received no refund.
