Beds are a bit stiff. Everything is a bit outdated. Could use a few renovations.
Mr Bill is always super nice and accommodating. I spent a whole day and night without a working tv. No one was available to reprogram tv.

The fact that we paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 full beds. The bedding is very thin really struggled to stay warm. The bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. The beds are old and very stained up. My husband saw a cockroach the morning we checked out. Told the staff that the room was not what I paid for when I was checking out they only said if we come back and stay they would make it right instead of some type of refund right then.
Staff was willing to help and really dedicated to making your stay a pleasurable experience.
Reserved a queen bed but upon arrival, was given/substituted 2 double beds.
Must stay there was really good they have a place to eat near the hotel everything was in walking distance so it was all good would recommend it to anyone and really good prices
USManagement was great! They remembered me from last year and would do anything to be helpful.
It was an okay stay for one night. There were additional curtains to open the block out sun curtains so we could have any natural sunlight in. The microwave had to be moved on to the bench to plug into wall because where it was sitting there was no plug.
It was a very good experience I would do it again
