"Booking.com was a huge let down."

Hotel and staff was great and helpful

When we arrived the Booking.com reservation was not confirmed with the hotel. We had to pay the hotel separately in order to stay.

The breakfast was ok, location was good

The hotel was completely empty and the front desk staff gave me a room in the basement with a cement wall out of my window below the parking lot. I asked for a better room and he replied that it was the room type that I booked on Booking.com! I booked a standard King which there were many available!

Noise volume in room from laundry being done below. The water in the jacuzzi tub and shower were NEVER hot. Chairs in room VERY uncomfortable.

Location

The hot tub area was not clean and the hot tub was not very hot. The breakfast was the same thing every day and the side door was not secured you could just go in and out without a room key

Cleanliness of the room, good beds, good breakfaat.

Green pool and very green hottub. Orange juice watered down. Person taking care of breakfast was on the phone the whole time.

"Enjoyable stay"

We do really enjoy staying here. Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good but cold. We stayed several days and a few of them they forgot to plug in some warmers.

"Very Good"

Front desk man was awful to our head coach. He was charged for an extra room and they wouldn’t give him the receipt even though he had already talked with someone who cancelled. Having multiple rooms as we are a wrestling team we won’t be staying there again.
