Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

Staff at front desk were horrible. Did not know what rooms were available. We waited for 25 min at the desk before lugging our things up to the 3 rd floor to find out the room was being cleaned. We waited for another 10 min to be directed down to the 2nd floor to a clean room. We left the hotel but when we came back our cards wouldn’t work in the door. So we went to the desk to find no one there. After ringing the bell fo 5 min the same guy came from outside. We told him we couldn’t get in the room. He said because we were supposed to be on 3 rd floor. I told him he is the one who sent us back down to the 2nd floor. He said he didn’t know anything about it. Even though he was the only one working and is the one who sent us running all over creation. Plus we found a cordless phone in our room when we came back that he dropped INSIDE our room when we were gone. Very strange.

Difficult to exit at busy hours

This hotel is uber clean, quiet, safe and simply amazing. It’s set up in a quiet neighborhood and I had a room overlooking the lush trees. I imagine it must look awesome in the Fall. Highly recommend and great value for the rate.

Room and hotel was clean. Hot Tub out of service. Outdoor pool closed (this was the wknd after Labor Day). Indoor pool open but hotel changed hours from closing at midnight to close at 10 pm. Room was very expensive - $215 nt ! Breakfast was poor at best. Eggs were fake and watery, no taste to anything. Back patio had smoking area but no table or anything, just a couple cheap plastic chairs. For this cost, this should have been EXTREMELY NICE!

Nice rooms, clean and quite! Hair dryer didn't work but reported it to front desk and housekeeping. No worries. Everything else was very good

The rooms facing the back of the property have a really nice view and are fairly quite. The hot tub was out of order.
