Beautiful decor, good breakfast included, big room

Absolutely NO safe parking. Our car was stolen from the disabled spot right next to the door. My wheelchair was in there! We lost many clothes and other items of worth. All of these things weren't in sight. Car was locked. There was no guard on duty. We're here from Ohio on vacation, filling out police reports. THERE WAS NO OFFER TO COMP THE ROOM OR ANY OTHER GESTURE OF REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE HOTEL!

Big room, nice towels, decor was nice. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful and felt secure. Location was very good. Shower was excellent. Good looking building and public spaces.

No hairdryer in room, no fridge, no mirror in the bedroom. Room was dark, walls were thin as we were woken at 3AM by a crying child in the room next door.

The location is great for downtown activities. Speakeasy is very cool! Staff very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom sink was very tiny and there was a strange mirror in the corner that made you look distorted. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

The room was very nice. Cosy bedsheets and mattress. The grand room on the lower level was spectacular. I enjoyed my steak. Thank you for the Chobani Yoghurt in the morning. The water pressure was good.

The breakfast was forgettable. It would have been better to have no breakfast, because it just was not in alignment with the lush environment. Local Bagels? bakery across the street.... It was sad. Steak was delish and very expensive and a little too salty. I was not offered a plate to takeaway my dessert, which was odd. Perhaps some boiled eggs. And oatmeal in a slow-cooker for breakie? There was noise from the other guests in the night. And the curtains were not blackout in my room. The TV was very small.
