The location was good although in the Kasbah it was close to taxi rank. The welcome was warm and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble. The French owners Christelle and Vincent were charming and Salah was very helpful making recommendations and booking restaurants, taxis and tuk tuks. The mint tea and sweet treats were a delight. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Si vous cherchez un lieu où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison mais en mieux, c’est ici qu’il faut venir! Le Riad est calme, bien placé et décoré avec goût. Merci à Christelle et Vincent pour l’accueil chaleureux, les moments partagés autour du petit déjeuner et leur disponibilité à tout moment. Merci également à tout le personnel, Mina, Aziz, Salah et Karima pour les attentions, le temps qu’ils accordent à chacun des voyageurs, la douceur et leur hospitalité. C’est un sans faute pour ce séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The riad was fantastic and provided a calm, peaceful and secure place from which we were able to explore and enjoy the best of Marrakesh. Our hosts and their staff were very helpful, friendly and generous with their time. Salah arranged taxis, tickets, tuk tuks & excursions in such a helpful way that ensured we had an amazing and rare experience. The hosts regularly spoke to everyone staying in the riad and promoted an open, friendly atmosphere that created a real home from home. The food Karima cooked is excellent and some of the best we tasted in Marrakesh. Thank you Christelle, Vincent, Salah, Karima & everyone one else at Riad Nirvana.

L'accueil est chaleureux et l'ambiance familiale. plus plus a Karima pour la cuisine . . Un bravo à Vincent, très gentil et à l'écoute et à toute son équipe, Aziz en tête d'affiche . Encore merci beaucoup et à la prochaine !

酒店的位置非常好，而且非常安静，去老城里的任何景点都是步行距离，去德吉玛广场步行大约10分钟吧。法国店主夫妻特别nice，人也特别温和，在预定后就一直跟进沟通，帮我们安排了出租车接送机服务以及抵达当晚的晚餐。这个非常重要，避免了初到的各种麻烦。厨师大叔的厨艺非常棒！我们在温馨浪漫的庭院里享受了美好的烛光晚餐——摩洛哥美食：柠檬鸡塔吉锅。早餐也特别棒，经典的摩洛哥风味，而且早餐摆台特别精致，你会感觉到你被非常重视。房间很漂亮，经典摩洛哥风格，家具、地毯、灯饰、配饰，都体现了店主的品味。楼顶的露台可以看到老城清真寺以及美好的夕阳。特别值得一提的是服务人员都超级友好，这让我们在摩洛哥旅行第一站感觉特别好。我非常庆幸自己对这家Riad的选择，我一定会推荐给我的朋友。

My foot was burnt upon arrival and the host Crystal immediately went to the pharmacy to get medicine and help me wrap up. I was so well taken care of with the hospitality, the nice food, the great staff team in the Riah. I appreciate the experience and would recommend to any guests!
