USThe pick up point was the Alaska Marine ferry in Auke Bay - about 12 miles from City Center. Van was large and very clean. Shuttle serves both ferry and airport.
USVery clean and efficient. Staff was always friendly. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and harbor.
Breakfast could be better.
Only real disappointment was the breakfast. Yogurt and packaged oatmeal. But, the coffee was great!
They should have A full breakfast since they advertise that breakfast is included. All they have is juice, yogurt & fruit bars!
This hotel is always convenient for us. They have shuttle service that serves the ferry and Airport. Beds are very comfortable.

USShould have more than one shuttle for ferry pickups. Driver picked up a full load, did not go to the parking lot I told them I was at. TWICE. Now I'm waiting for a THIRD trip. It's been an hour. Wondering if I'll get a chance to actually review the hotel itself before my flight leaves in the morning. Extremely inconvenienced. Will amend this review if matters improve.
I didnt like that i couldnt get ahold of motel when i got off ferry for a ride to motel, the phone was busy & i had to pay for a taxi, when the motel offers A free shuttle bus!
