"Nice cheap and efficient option"

Súper kind and helpful staff. Very close to the AirPort and shuttle bus super efficient. They allowed me to store my bags for a couple of days with no extra charles, very much appreciated

Hotel room is very basic, but enough for a night before the flight

"The customer service was top notch"

The front desk staff made all the difference. The hotel was average, but she made it feel like a 5 star. She was helpful, informative, likeable. I would stay here again just because she made the whole experience wonderful.

The carpet was pretty worn out and should be replaced.

"It is an excellent value for the cost and personnel have always been excellent."

People at reception were welcoming and helpful; there was a problem with the drain in my room and it was fixed immediately. They accommodated me by guarding my luggage while I was off property for a lunch;; the shuttle service and the drivers were quite good - adjusting for a late night arrival due to the plane problem.

"Even if it's cheap there's so much that can be easily done to improve it."

Bed was comfortable and employees were nice and helpful.

Breakfast was very poor, hair dryer and air conditioner too old and the room had a weird smell.
