"stay was ok but included breakfast is none existent"

room was ok, staff was very friendly

i booked this place because it advertised as breakfast included as we had to get up early and catch a ferry. The included breakfast was coffee or juice and some granola bars. Absolutely not acceptable as breakfast included.

"Batting a thousand at super eight!!!"

My experience here at.super eight was nothing but exceptional. Right from the start the staff was there to help with anything and everything I needed and went out of their way to be sure I had the right room. I appreciate service like that because nowadays good help is hard to find. Thanks super eight

"Disappointment!"

I was satisfied with the staff during check-in.

The room was stuffy and had a bad smell. There wasn’t even a kettle. Most importantly, I chose this place because it said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast — only some packaged bars. Booking.com is refusing to refund my money. They provide misleading information and deceive people. Moreover, on the day I arrived, I saw that the same reservation was cheaper on Booking.com, but they didn’t adjust the price or refund me. A huge disappointment.
