The front reception was good the lady was very helpful.

They opened my door without phone call me and they just knocked my door and get in the my room. The clock was around 10:00-10:30 am. They were supposed to call me to the room like this “sir would like to stay one more day or are you gonna leave at the check out time around 11:00 or 12:00 whatever check up time is . But, they never asked to me on the phone . They just directly get in the my room. I wasn’t available in my room. This insane. This is un expectable. I have been 12 different countries and hotel entire my life so far but never seen this unprofessional service and hotel in my life.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. (I was told new beds had recently been installed.) We stayed one night in an upstairs room with 1 queen bed. The hotel is older, but our room was clean (and no carpet) and we slept well. Breakfast was the typical fare- waffles, cereal, breads. The hotel is close to the highway, so you do hear some road noise, but it did not keep us awake. There are several fast food places nearby (McDonalds, Culvers) plus an IHOP.
