Quality Inn-Sawyer

Housekeeping was next to nothing. Ask for towels and garbage to emptied. 8 hours later had to call desk and manager took cate of problem

Check in staff had great customer service. Pool Chlorine was way too strong. Musty smell in entrance. Bathroom light very dim. Liked price, cleanliness of my room, Netflix availability. Compared to the Quality Inn in New Buffalo where I had stayed the night before, this was like night and day. New Buffalo was dirty…

The only option in the area, the hotel staff were pleasant and the accommodations were pleasant.

Ok for the price as a last resort, avoid if you have a family. Hotel is extremely un safe, criminals wandering around the building which the staff allows and camps out the back. Staff was ok, as I said previously it’s ok for the price. Not much nice to say. Elevator and hallway smell like urine

Our favorite place away from home. We use this hotel twice a summer to go to Warren dunes. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Clean rooms, hot water, cold air conditioner, breakfast is good.

The food was good.

Great spot near the highway. Quiet and very clean.
