Rude and smelly room

It's bicycling distance from Warren Dunes and even walkable to a nice restaurant.

The whole propery needs to ne updated. I felt like I was back in the 70's.

Nothing fancy, but everything perfectly pleasant.

The pool water was like ice. Very disappointed. The room was nice and comfortable but there was dirt in the corners of the bathroom. No phone to call for the problem with the TV. Had to go down stair to get help.

Nothing special. Just another hotel. Staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. Cleaning staff did not clean my room, I stayed 2 nights. Other than that, the experience was pleasurable.

The property was clean , a stuff was very welcoming and polite . Close to highway but very quiet .

I want to encourage these owners, they were friendly and hard working. Maybe the place is still a work in progress. I saw signs of renovations, but it needs a deep scrubbing (baseboards and carpets), further updating (carpets everywhere) and is overpriced for its condition and basic amenities. But I was willing to stay and pay because of its location.
