"Melhorou após up grade porém as instalações em geral, deixa a desejar."

Do atendimento do recepcionista Marcelo. Reclamei do quarto apertado e banheiro péssimo e ele deu Up grade pra apt com vista mar. Café da manhã bom.

Banheiro mede 60x60 cm, extremamente apertado. Limpeza do chão ruim, acredito que não limpavam.

Minha experiência no hotel teve pontos positivos, especialmente em relação ao atendimento. A equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia — gostaria de destacar o excelente trabalho da equipe (do Cleiton, da Natália e do Fábio, que fizeram toda a diferença) O café da manhã também foi agradável, com boas opções e tudo bem servido. Além disso, a localização do hotel é muito boa, o que facilitou bastante a nossa estadia.

A estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar. Ficamos em três quartos, e todos apresentavam uma estrutura bastante antiga e precária com aspecto de pouca renovação e, em alguns casos, um cheiro característico de hotel antigo/ madeira antiga, o que impactou um pouco o conforto.
