Extended Stay America Suites - Great Falls - Missouri River

A nice location on the Missouri River. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The CM Russell Museum is a must see if you like western art.

Bathroom door hinges should be reversed in my opinion.

Location. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The vibe was very different to a regular hotel due to long-term stays/people living there. Residents were smoking near the entrance despite signage saying not to so the entry was unpleasant. We were also in a room which was disability friendly which meant the shower was handheld and not great for able bodied people. Our room was very cold and the AC would only work on cool, there were no extra blankets and the blanket on the bed was very thin.

The bed was to hard for me and the pillows were very flat and also hard

Loved the decorations! We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and the front lobby was Red White and Blue! Beautifully done. Beds were super comfy. Walked around the property, in the back there's a little park and there's benches where we sat and watched the sunset.

We arrived after 11 hours of driving to be told by the desk clerk that Expedia cancelled our reservation (which was made in March). She could not tell us where we had been relocated nor would she let us use Wifi since we weren't registered guests. We were given a 1 800 number for Expedia customer care. Those agents were wonderful. It turns out it was the hotel that cancelled us, not Expedia, because they were oversold. They told us they had no alternate accomodations for us. Also couldn't tell us why they picked us to cancel the MORNING of our arrival, even though we booked 3 months ago. We spent an hour on the phone with Judy, from Expedia (excellent agent) during which our hotel miraculously found us a room. We finally got to a room about 90 minutes after this all started. We were not called, emailed or sent a text about the cancellation. The desk clerk was apologetic but completely unhelpful. The hotel should have found us an alternate and told us before our 7pm arrival. We received 2 bottles of water as compensatio . I will not book with this chain in future.

It was dirty smelly over price nasty room terrible stinch couldn’t sleep on the bed it was filthy I have never wrote a bad review in my life but I paid 142 for a discusting room oh fyi I do not wear lipstick I wanted to cry I was tired and just wanted a good sleep yeah I feel dirty after staying here
