Lage

Obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji. Pokój duży, łazienka duża, łóżka wygodne, czystość ok. Śniadania obfite i całkiem smaczne.

Jak na obiekt pięciogwiazdkowy pewne rzeczy nie powinny mieć miejsca, mianowicie słuchawka prysznicowa pamięta chyba czasy PRL, a dodatkowo była nieszczelna. Ponadto klimatyzacja w pokoju była mocno nieintuicyjna. Ogólnie standard maksimum na 4 gwiazdki. Co do śniadań jak pisałem wyżej obfite i całkiem smaczne, niemniej za mało miejsca jak na tak dużą liczbę gości.

The staff is great.

The location is very good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and quality. The room itself is spacious, which is definitely a plus. Parking is also convenient and well organized.

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the behavior of other guests on our floor. As we were entering our room after check-in, there was loud music playing in the corridor and what appeared to be a party taking place nearby. We also witnessed a scantily dressed woman and an intoxicated man exchanging cash in the corridor. While we found this inappropriate for a hotel environment, we assumed it would not affect our stay. Unfortunately, during the night, between approximately 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., several guests were shouting, walking noisily through the corridor, and vomiting loudly. The disturbance made it very difficult to sleep. In hindsight, we probably should have contacted reception, but our daughter was sleeping and we did not want to risk waking her by call from room. Nevertheless, I am surprised that there was no intervention from hotel staff. Such behavior should have been noticeable to night staff or visible through the hotel's security monitoring systems, which raises questions about supervision during the night. There were also several issues with the room itself. The minibar was completely empty, with no juice, snacks, or beverages available. In addition, there were visible signs of mould in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with visible dirt on the carpet. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel in this category.

Położenie hotelu, czystość w pokoju, przestrzeń. Dobra jakość i smak potraw w restauracji. Ciekawy pomysł z darmowym napojem przy zamówieniu głównych dań. Kolejnego dnia w piątek dużo lepsza obsługa i czystość przy śniadaniu.

Dwukrotne proszenie ( w odstępie 8 godzin ) o brakujący szlafrok, na drugi dzień po zameldowaniu złe wrażenie przy śniadaniu: brudne, nie sprzątane na bieżąco stoły mimo niewielkiej ilości gości - obsługa ( 3 osoby ) rozmawiała ze sobą nie zwracając uwagi na czystość na stołach i podłodze. Brak wody gazowanej w butelkach. Wyplamiona pościel w pokoju . Nie powinno to mieć miejsca przy hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym !
