Room was small, beds were too soft, large divots in the middle of the beds

That’s not a bike friendly place! I requested a first floor room because we were traveling with bikes, we never received any answer, and when we arrived first thing they told “bikes are not allowed in the room….” We did online checking to save time and they said we didn’t and asked for all the documents we already submitted online…. Very disappointed.

Location

Dirty rooms. There were items from last guest and broken glass on the chair. Hot tub jets don’t work

Convenient location close to nearby restaurants & Costco. Staff was very considerate on giving us a later checkout time.

The 2 Queen bed, Studio Suite, was spacious, but the couch in the sitting area was either broken or in need or repair. It wasn’t comfortable to sit (back was too low to be comfortable).
