"The location was near a major highway & very noisy at night with sirens. The hallways were very loud until midnight"

The beds & linens were clean. Bathroom floor was dirty & plumbing rattled with use. I could hear ceiling creaking when someone was in room above. Noisy. Kids running up & down hallways slamming doors. Sirens at night woke up twice. The entire first floor & lobby smelled like chlorine. This is probably not safe levels in the pool.

See above….. Noisy & first floor smelled strong odor of chlorine.

Like that staff is friendly and immediately gives help to any customers that need to or soap maybe towels but they bring what is asked to your room.
