Front desk attendant was super nice at check in

Beds were uncomfortable. Large garbage bag sat in the hallway upon arrival and was there the next day when we checked out. I didn't feel safe, a weird lady was in her car looking like she was doing something suspicious. Back door near our room didn't close, anyone could have just entered in that didnt belong there, and we took home a cockroach. There was no reason for a cockroach to be present in my vehicle after our stay.

there were burn holes in the sheets, when i tried to reach the front desk they were "away", the smoke alarm kept chirping all night.

The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The pool was fairly warm. We were able to ask for extra blankets and they did with a smile.
