Not very clean, seems as though repairs are made but not up to par or for aesthetics. Our first room had roaches in it and we asked to be moved, the maintenance man tried to say it wasn't that, even though we were showing them to him on the wall (there were two). They did move us into another room that was free of critters. Another problem that came up was at 8:00 in the morning, the cleaning lady knocked on our door and asked for the dirty towels to be given to her. I think that it is kind of rude to wake someone up at 8:00 in the morning to ask for dirty towels, why cant you get them when you clean our room. Well, she knocked again around 11am and asked if we wanted our room clean and I said yes, we were about to leave and go get lunch. About 30 minutes later we left and she was cleaning the room next to ours, so we got back to the room around 8:30pm, well we walk in and not only was our room never cleaned, BUT we also did not have the towels replaced from giving them to her that morning. So I had to go find someone to get us towels to be able to shower. All in all, I would not stay here again, it is not worth it for the price we paid for two nights and it feels like a money grab, while they do the bare minimum to make the money.

We stayed here for one night for a LSU game. Hotel was easy to get too right off I-10. Room was spacious and clean. I’d definitely stay here again

Told me Expedia payment was declined and forced us to pay again to check in. The charge for these rooms is processed and Pune t was made with my card to Expedia for these rooms.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would NEVER bring my family here. Not maintained at all.

It’s was ok

No sheets for the pullout sofa sleeper, bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

There was a musky smell in the room, and the Breakfast that was supposed to be ready by 6 was done at 6:30

Changed rooms 3 times because every room smell like it was moldy that wet smell got me and my husband sick

Room had weird smell, plastic bag over the smoke detector and had roaches.
