La posizione del resort che è direttamente sul mare e che è un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare la Sicilia occidentale. La camera di fronte alla piscina, I pasti abbondanti e con cibo di qualità tipico del posto.

The reception staff — Maurizio, Ivan, and the others — were absolutely wonderful. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm welcome and positive attitude made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. From the service team, Marinela was exceptional — always smiling, attentive, and professional. The others could really learn from her dedication and kindness. The housekeeping lady was also extremely kind and did a perfect job keeping our room spotless. The location is right on the beach, and the pool is clean and well maintained. If you want to visit the town, the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

The hotel could use some renovation and improvement. The balcony is not very comfortable in the afternoon since there are no parasols to provide shade. The breakfast was almost the same every day, with little variety. At the à la carte restaurants, the dishes were fresh but the choice was very limited — only about four or five options, and there was no menu to choose from. The dishes were almost the same as those served in the buffet restaurant for guests with half board.

The room had a full view of the pool with the beach behind the pool. The view was exceptional

Sometimes we were very tired after a day out and we couldn’t sleep because of the sound coming from the entertainment. I suggest sound proof rooms.

La posizione ottima . Camera lperfetta

Dovrebbero collegare le due sale ristorante sono scomode oppure organizzare il buffet sia nella sala interna sia nella sala esterna perché quando piove a me è capitato di passare col piatto di cibo sotto l'acqua!
