Baia dei Mulini Resort & Spa

Really lovely staff throughout the resort- in the bar, round the pool, in the restaurant, at reception. They are so welcoming and attentive. The housekeeping is also exceptional.

Nothing serious to report. I guess some people might take issue with the sea churning up seaweed upon occasion - but what can you do - thats the environment. The beach area is well maintained with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. It is clean . If I was being really picky then maybe some of the pallet furniture round the pool could be painted - I am sure it’s in hand because the staff are constantly maintaining things.

It’s well positioned on a lovely beach, perfect for young children as the water is shallow for a long way out and barely any waves. The pool is area is well looked after and clean. The location of the pool side rooms are ideal for children, being able to nip in and out for snacks, toilet, naps etc. The staff were lovely, helpful and kind. Some items we had were given complementary, eg cost of baby cot per night.

The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. The rooms are very worn and tired. We had both a pool side room and a ‘sea view’ room. (Be aware you can’t actually see the sea unless you hang over the balcony, instead we looked over the car park). It actually doesn’t fit the criteria for a 4 star hotel so unsure how it is rated as such. No room service, no phone in the room, no tea and coffee making facilities, no spa etc. It wasn’t bad enough to move hotels, but we did consider it, however once we saw the beach and pool it balanced out the bad rooms. We stayed in 2 other locations around Trapani, Villa Angelina and Baglio Sorìa , both were excellent!

Colazione e cena ottima, buffet ben servito e pulito ,la posizione meravigliosa ambiente tranquillo staff educato e disponibile. I mezzi di trasporto pubblici dopo le 21 non ci sono ma con il taxi si raggiunge Trapani con tariffe oneste. Molto soddisfatta ci ritornero`

La gentilezza è disponibilità del personale.

La spiaggia ed il mare non sono usufruibili. La spiaggia è molto stretta ed è stracolma di cumuli di posidonia portata dalle risacche. L'acqua nei primi metri è invasa da questa erba marina galleggiante. Quindi si esce dall'acqua con quest'erba sul corpo. Pur avendo pagato per una colazione inclusa ho dovuto pagare per ottenere un normalissimo caffè espresso e cappuccino fatto al bar e non alle macchinette automatiche (caffè pessimo e latte in polvere). Meglio cenare e pranzare fuori. Le pietanze servite erano poco gradevoli.

Posizione per la vicinanza con il mare eccellente! colazione varia e abbondante! bagnino Mattia molto attivo e non il solito seduto a prendersi il sole!

Migliorerei sicuramente il bagno, una nota stonata, rimasto agli anni 80...un giorno è uscita acqua color giallo ocra. Infine la spa ancora non era attiva.

L’emplacement exceptionnel! Le personnel au petit soin et très sympathique.

La toilette de la chambre en mauvaise état de dégradation ( les portes de la cabine de douche ne glissé cas et resté dans les mains). Encore au toilette, sèche cheveux de très mauvaise qualité et très vieux. La cerise sur le gâteaux c’était que pas de SPA car pas en époque. J’ai payé cette hôtel cher pour pouvoir avoir les conforts et le SPA. Aucune part est marqué, lors de la réservation, que le SPA est indisponible. Inclus, quand vous rentrez dans l’établissement vous avez que la publicité des prestations SPA! C’était très décevant!
