Hotel was clean.....however not enough pillows, bad mattress, no bath mat to step on after getting out of the shower..,breakfast ran out of coffee and did not have eggs. Apparently they take to long to get ready....a direct quote from the breakfast staff. Need to work on some of the basics...not my normal Marriott exp

It was a crock, we paid an additional $20 that would allow us to cancel our reservation if we were not able stay in the hotel…..we tried to cancel 48 hours prior to the check in date. We were told that we could not cancel that we would be charged for the room even if we were not able to make it. My question is what was the $20 for? I would never recommend anyone to use your service even my worst enemy…..this must be how you people are allowed to stay in busy, lie about the $20 and then pocket the money…..including the room fee. This service and how we got rip off will definitely be placed on social media for everyone to know about your scam.

Three members of my family stayed in this property for around 12 hours and were charged $200. We had enough towels for 2 people only in our room. When I requested towels, I was told by staff they could let housekeeping know we needed some when they got there (despite the fact that my shower was already running). My husband went to the desk and they were told they couldn't leave the desk to get us any towels until their replacement arrived. Also one of us slept on the pull out cough and the room was not equipped with any sheets, or a pillow for this bed. There were no blankets in the room--not one thing for the pull out. The staff at the front desk was not able to locate us any. We honestly deserve a refund. We were way overcharged for our (lack of) amenities.
